The electronic ordering service for Sale-to-Order products

You can order products to over 30 shops all around Finland. List of shops with e-ordering service is here >

To be able to place the order you need your bank codes. The following banks are supported so far: Sampo Bank, Nordea, Aktia, Handelsbanken and Osuuspankki.

You always pay for the ordered products in the shop. You will be charged the price that is effective as from the day of payment.

How do I order Sale-to-Order products?

For the ordering process to function you must activate cookies in your browser.

  1. Do a product search according to the criteria you wish and press Search. Your list of search results will open.

  2. In the list tick the items you wish to order. The tick goes in the box left of the product name.

  3. Scroll down the search results list to the very end and click on Add to checklist. The checklist will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  4. Repeat points 1–3 as many times as you want. From every new list of search results add your preferred items to the checklist. The checklist will remain on your computer till the end of your session.

  5. When you have completed your list, open it by clicking the title bar of the checklist window.

  6. Having opened your checklist click Product order at the bottom of the list, and follow the instructions on the screen.

  7. Your order will be confirmed via e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us on 020 711 5406.

Please note!

  • If you want to order more than one bottle of a certain product, you can change the number of bottles ordered after completing the identification process.
  • Only products from the Sale-to-Order Selection can be ordered through the net. If your checklist includes products from our other selections, they will be discarded when the order is submitted.

  • If you changed your mind and want to leave out a product from the checklist, do so by ticking the product and clicking Remove checked items.

  • If you want to give us additional information concerning your order, plese write it in the field More information. Use this field if, for example, you want an SMS to your mobile telling your order has arrived at your local shop.

  • Not all our shops have electronic ordering service. However, you can contact any Alko shop to order products from the Sale-to-Order selection.
