1.4.2016 Feedback from February’s Hearing and Alko Online Store Logistic Model
Feedback received concerned about the right to return the products purchased for the eShop and suppliers need to fulfil single bottle orders. Based on this feedback Alko has decided that the Online Store’s logistic model does not include a right to return the products purchased for the eShop. Alko will also order products generally by the cases.
We are still working on instructions for the deposit changes of the glass bottles which was also part of the hearing.
