9.10.2015 Monitoring period reporting

After the previous cyclic monitoring on June 2015 the calculation of allocation model's distribution level was changed from cumulative to the daily based determination. This meant that at the last monitoring period (ended 30 September 2015) in weighted sales calculation the distribution level coefficient was determined by product's first appearance on a Alko shop's stock. In context of this period change the calculation of the distribution level coefficient is changed to a model where all product's life cycle distribution level changes will be taken into account on a daily based level.

The first weekly reports for the new monitoring period will be published shortly.

During the last monitoring period an error was noticed with the so-called hereditary products at the published weekly ranking reports. This was the case with product changes that caused product number to change in systems. This error effected in total 18 products at calculation of weighted sales (in the ranking calculation there were 2370 products in total). From these 18 products there were 3 products which have received erroneous ranking information during the period. This reporting error does not have an affect to the realized allocation levels or allocation levels that will be published based on this cyclic monitoring.
