Ordering products in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

In the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa), customer orders are processed by Alko’s Customer Service.

Via the Customer Service, you can place orders for

  • products in the sale-to-order selection and check their availability;
  • beverages and pick them up at a shop;
  • deliveries of beverages to a company address (corporate customers only, read more about delivery);
  • deliveries of products in the special selection (the products are sold only in the Arkadia shop in Helsinki).

Beverages cannot be reserved: they are sold to customers who visit the shops. If an importer has sold out of a product, beverages can be transferred from one shop to another.

To place an order, do as follows:

  • Send an email to
  • List the products you want to order and the shop to which you want them delivered, along with your contact details (customer, email address and phone number).
  • You will receive an order confirmation and a Verifone payment link by email. Read more about Verifone.
  • Once you have paid the products, we will deliver them to the shop of your choice.
  • When the order is ready for pick-up, the shop will send you a text message or an email. See the terms of remote payment.
  • The delivery of products typically takes around five working days.

The Customer Service can also give you expert advice on selecting beverages and information on Alko’s services. Our opening hours are 9–20 from Monday to Friday and 9–18 on Saturdays.
