Amfori BSCI training for Italian Wine Producers

Amfori BSCI provides e-learning and face-to-face training for Italian wine producers. Training is part of the amfori’s Sustainable Wine program and courses will be held in Italian language.

Amfori BSCI has launched a series of e-learnings for Italian wine producers to provide support in advancing on goals of the Sustainable Wine Programme:

  • Workers’ empowerment

  • Soil and water management

  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

The e-learning sessions, offered in Italian language, are designed to address the production processes and work relations specific to wine producers operating under the Italian legal framework.

Producers also have the opportunity to learn more practical aspects of the implementation of amfori BSCI in face to face training sessions scheduled for 4 and 5 July in Florence, Italy.

These sessions focus on risk assessment, management practices and workers’ involvement in the following subjects:

  • Social management system 

  • Management system for OHS in the wine sector

  • Recruitment practices in the wine sector

  • Environmental protection: management system
