Discussion about different short - and long term solutions to improve availability information to customers, especially within the ecommerce channel, while keeping high service levels.
Workshop 2: Development of the assortment planning and allocation model
Discussion and brainstorming to identify improvements to Alko’s assortment planning model considering the product segments, calculation logics and customer needs, among other things.
You are welcome to attend; however, please note that the event will be held in Finnish. You can participate in both workshops.
