The content is tailored to the farms environment and to the South African wine sector, and delivered in Afrikaans. They will take place from 9 to 13. The trainings are organized in co-operation with amfori, SKA (Kruger, Swart & Associates) and the Nordic Alcohol Monopolies.
Intro to amfori and Occupational Health and Safety for Farms
Audience:
Senior and middle level management in food producers and farm managers and supervisors.
Learning objectives:
- Understand amfori BSCI and the monitoring system
- Understand what the most common and most critical risks in the sector of wine farming are and how to address them.
- How to conduct a risk assessment
- What is a SMS and why is it important?
We encourage importers and producers to deliver this message further to their grape farmers.
