mutton, lamb
Flavoursome lamb and mutton can be prepared in many ways. It’s worth choosing a full-bodied beverage to accompany strongly flavoured meats. Lamb is slightly milder in taste than mutton, but the same beverages will work well with both.

Taste
Strong lager is a bottom-fermented beer with some sweetness and roundness imparted by the higher alcohol content.
In the strong and sweetish flavour you can discern rich malts, caramel, toffee and even hints of plum or cocoa.
Tips for useRich, balanced strong lagers round up the flavours of food and cut through its greasiness, freshening up the mouthfeel.
Try with sautéed reindeer, beef stroganoff or grilled liver steaks.
How to serveStrong lagers are best served chilled, at 8–12°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about one hour in a fridge.
