    Dark roasted malts add delicate caramel, coffee and chocolate notes to these bottom-fermented beers.

    Tips for use

    Dark lagers are a great match for grilled, roasted and cooked meat.

    Try with roast beef and root vegetables, pork stew and mushroom sauce – or pour some dark lager in a stew for flavour.

    How to serve

    Dark lagers are best served chilled, at 10–14°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about one hour in a fridge.
