    Fresh and crisp pils is a flavourful, aromatic and dryish style of bottom-fermented beer.

    Pils is characterised by herbal, floral and spicy notes imparted by a distinct hoppiness.

    Tips for use

    The freshness of pils and its aromatic hops accentuate the flavours of food without overpowering it.

    Try with shellfish, fresh sausages seasoned with herbs or sushi.

    How to serve

    Pils is best served well-chilled, at 7–10°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about two hours in a fridge.
