The white wines in this theme are made from red grapes: Zweigelt, Spätburgunder and Grenache. It gives these white wines the typical berry-like aromas of red wines. Red grapes are usually used in the production of white sparkling wines, but rarely for white wines.

The sour beers in this theme have been flavoured in a variety of ways, with everything from fresh berries to sourdough starter.
