Take advantage of Alko’s selection of over 8,000 products – make an in-store online shop order

You now have access to Alko’s entire selection of more than 8,000 products in Alko stores as well. If you want, you can ask a salesperson to make an order from the online shop on your behalf.

Our sales staff are happy to help. An in-store online shop order is the right choice for you if you need, or would like, some assistance from a salesperson to place your order. You can then take full advantage of our entire extensive selection of beverages, or look for a specific product that you haven’t been able to find in the store you’re visiting. You can have your order delivered to any of our stores or pick-up points. You should pay for your order at the store checkout, either with cash, card or mobile payment.

When you make an online shop order in a store with the help of a salesperson, you don’t personally have to log in as a customer or identify yourself online. As electronic identification with personal bank codes is not required, foreign customers can also place an online shop order in our stores and have it delivered to the most suitable Alko store or pick-up point. When you make an online shop order in an Alko store, you cannot use any of the benefits normally available to registered or logged-in customers. Benefits for private customers include following the progress of your order and making wish lists. Benefits for registered corporate customers include buying beverages for on-trade sale and paying by invoice (including delivery to a corporate address).

How to make an in-store online shop order

  1. Choose your products, delivery point and payment method with the assistance of a salesperson.

  2. Give your contact details. You will need a mobile phone number that can receive text messages, and a personal email address. If you do not have an email address, we will confirm your order by post.

  3. Pay at the checkout with cash or card, or by mobile payment when placing your order.

  4. You will receive a note of your order number and chosen collection point. An order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been paid for.

  5. We will notify you by text message and email when your order is ready for collection. Collect your order or authorise another person to collect it on your behalf.
