Collection Service for Empty Bottles

Placing an order

Email your collection request to customerservice@alko.fi.

Include the following in your email:

• Desired collection date
• Amount of empty bottles, how they are packaged (in a basket, cardboard box, etc.) and whether they are already placed in metal roller cages
• Collection address and contact details for the contact person
• Do you need an upstairs collection for the bottles (if the empty bottles are not available for collection from the entrance floor)
• Bank account information for any refunds due.

Please place your order at least two working days before your desired collection date.

Prices and payment

The price of the service will be based on the number of roller cages required. We will also refund you for any empty bottles and cans that are included in the deposit-based recycling system for beverage packages. The collection can be paid for via the Verifone payment link (debit and credit cards and online banking).
