Order Through Customer Service

If you cannot place an order through the online shop, we can make a tailor-made order for you in our customer service. However, if necessary, we can open an online shop account with the help of our customer service.

Placing an order

  • Send an email with needed information (product number and name, product quantity, delivery address) to Alko’s customer service: customerservice@alko.fi
  • The order must be paid via Verifone payment link (debit and credit cards and online bank transfer).
  • The delivery time is conditional to the availability of products, but the estimated delivery time is within 5–10 working days. Orders are always delivered to the company’s address.
  • Time-specific delivery is also possible. You can request a delivery on your preferred weekday between 9 am and 4 pm. Orders that include a request for time-specific delivery must be placed at least 10 working days in advance. Customised orders can also include upstairs delivery. Learn more about shipping options.
