Why create a MyAlko account?

We renewed account creation and login on Alko.fi and in the Alko app in February 2025.

With this update, creating an account and logging in is now smoother and more secure. Additionally, you will have access to the "My Information" section, where you can manage your contact details and other settings. If you already have a MyAlko account, we kindly ask you to change your password the next time you log in.

You can also use the "Log in without a password" option. With this method, you do not need to create a new password but can log in using a one-time code sent to your email.

If you cannot access the email linked to your MyAlko account, you will not be able to change your password. In this case, please contact our customer service or create a new MyAlko account using a different email address.

MyAlko Account

With a MyAlko account You can safely log in to Alko's digital services at alko.fi and in the mobile app.  Signing in gives you many benefits that make it easier to shop with us, both in-store and online.  

1. Save products in checklists to try later. Find products easily online or in-store.  
2. Submit your own reviews of products that you have purchased from Alko or tasted at a restaurant, for example.  
3. Subscribe to the Alko newsletter, which includes information about current products and new recipes.  
4. Become an Alko Advisor and help develop our services.  
5. Make online shop orders more smoothly.  
6. View your order history and previously purchased products. Easily buy a product again.  
7. Set your favourite store for picking up your online shop orders.  
8. Place an order for a gift for a friend or loved one to pick up at an Alko somewhere else in Finland, for example. 
9. Order restocking notifications for products from the online shop’s catalogue.  
10. Place a special order for a product that isn’t in Alko's assortment.  

Our services are also available on our mobile Alko app. Download the free app on the App Store and Google Play. 

Creating an account   

Creating a new account is easy. You can create an account in the top right corner of the site.  

• You start creating an account when you enter your email address in the field  
• We will send a one-time verification code to your email inbox  
• Enter the code in the field and click confirm  
• You will then be able to set your password. At the same time, you can also subscribe to Alko's newsletter.  
• Do this, and you will have created a new account. You can also provide us with a few additional details such as your name and phone number. This information will make it quicker to up place your first online order, for example.   
• The MyAlko account can be used to sign in to both alko.fi and our mobile Alko app. 

Please note that you must be 18 years old to create an account.
