Alko pick-up points supplement Alko’s network by bringing our services closer to you

We are continually developing our store network and thinking of ways to provide the best possible service to all of our customers. We make sure to maintain a nationwide store network and provide service to customers throughout Finland. Alko’s 360 stores and more than 80 pick-up points constitute a comprehensive service network that provides both excellent and expert service and interesting products everywhere from Hanko to Nuorgam. Three out of four Finns live within four kilometres of an Alko service point.

Pick-up points serve areas without an Alko store

In some of the areas that don’t have an Alko store, you can order products from the Alko Online Shop for collection at a pick-up point. Pick-up points are local Alko partners authorised to hand over online orders of alcoholic beverages on our behalf. Alko does not provide home deliveries of alcoholic beverages to consumers.

Collecting orders from pick-up points

The Alko Online Shop offers customers all across Finland an equal opportunity to browse and buy from Alko’s extensive range of over 10,000 products at their leisure.

If you want to collect your order from a pick-up point, choose ‘pick-up point’ as the delivery point when making your online order. We usually deliver items that are immediately available within two working days. For example, if you make an order on Wednesday, you could collect it on Friday – maybe even at a pick-up point on the way to your summer cottage. The delivery charge for orders sent to pick-up points is EUR 9.

You should pay for your items in the online shop when making your order, either by card, bank transfer or Siirto mobile payment. 

We will verify your age and identity both when making and collecting your order. You can collect your Alko Online Shop order yourself, designate another recipient when making your order, or authorise someone to collect it on your behalf. The order confirmation acts as authorisation. The order can be collected Mon-Fri 9-21 and Sat 9-18. Please check also pick-up point's own opening hours and possible changes to opening hours due to public holidays. Orders will be held at pick-up points for 10 days, after which they will be cancelled.
