
Returns and cancellations on Alko’s Webshop
Read Alko's webshop’s return and cancellation instructions for consumer customers
Our consumer customers have the right to cancel a webshop order within 14 days of receiving the order. Cancellation can be made, for example, by sending an email to: customerservice@alko.fi. You can also use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. However, the notice of cancellation must include the information shown on the form.
Returning products
Products can be returned to any Alko store or sent by post to the webshop’s warehouse, no later than 14 days after the cancellation notification is made. Products must be returned in their original beverage containers. If you choose shipping, pack the products carefully so that they do not get damaged or broken.
Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products (e.g. any postage costs). These will not be reimbursed to you at the time of the refund.
Refund of the order
If you cancel the order, we will refund all monies received to you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of cancellation. If you cancel only part of the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We carry out refunds using the payment method you used for the original order without incurring any costs for returning the payments. We may withhold refunds until we have received the product back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the product back. Please note that we do not refund orders for opened beverage containers. Cardboard transport packaging can be opened
