Accessible stores

It is important to us to ensure that all customers can shop easily at our stores. Most of Alko’s stores (around 75 per cent) are accessible.

Faulty product

If a product is faulty, return it to the nearest Alko store. Once the fault has been confirmed, you will be refunded.

We recycle your empties

You can return your empties – glass and plastic bottles and metal cans – accepted in the Finnish recycling system to Alkos.

Tax free sales ending

Alko will end tax-free sales in its stores on 1 July 2023.
