Alko Inc. is limited company wholly-owned by the Finnish Government. The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health is responsible for the ownership steering and supervision of Alko Inc. owing to the special task assigned to Alko Inc. in law.

Annual General Meeting

Alko Inc.’s Annual General Meeting must be held annually, by the end of June.
