Bulletin for suppliers: The current Partner Network will be closed on 1 October 2024 - Please note the exception schedule
The new Partner Network will be introduced on 14 October 2024. Due to the reform, there are exceptions in the processes and schedules in September-October.

Offers cannot be left in the sale-to-order selection between 13 September and 13 October 2024. Friday 13 September 2024 is the last day for submitting offers in the current Partner Network.

Offers for products delivered as a special order cannot be submitted between 13 September and 13 October 2024. Friday 13 September 2024 is the last day for submitting offers.

Selection plan 2/2025 will be published on 1 October 2024 in the Supplier portal as an Excel file.

In the new Partner Network, offers can be made from 14.10.2024 on.

On 1 October 2024, the price calculator in the alko.fi/for suppliers-section will be disabled.

From 1 October 2024, the current Extranet, i.e. the Partner Network, can no longer be used.

Product changes that are intended to take effect in October must be notified by 30 September 2024 at the latest.

All approved product changes, regardless of the date, will be put into effect by Alko on 4 October 2024.

New offers for smaller specialties cannot be submitted at the moment. We will accept offers for smaller specialties again from the beginning of 2025.
The use of the new Partner Network requires the implementation of the Supplier portal. If the Supplier portal is not yet in use, read the instructions for setting up the portal here.
