Special orders

Please notice that in special order enquiries we primarily research if the product is available as a special order.

How does it work?

Looking for a product not found in Alko’s selection? We offer a special order service for our registered customers.

Fill in the special order form below to inquire about the product you wish to order. We will confirm the availability of the product and contact you if we need further information.

Please note that special orders are delivered in packages of usually 6 or 12 bottles. Some suppliers may also require a higher minimum purchase quantity.

If the product you are interested in is available and you choose to place a special order are the specially ordered products delivered for a pickup to an Alko store of your choice.

The products are priced similarly to our general selection. In addition to the retail price, we also charge a fee of 40 euros per brand of product. Special orders are non-returnable.
