Liqueurs are flavoured alcoholic beverages that are high in sugar.

Berry and fruit liqueurs are rather sweet and have a relatively low alcohol content. They are flavoured with extracts from one or several types of berry or fruit, such as cloudberry, blueberry, raspberry, lingonberry, banana, apple, apricot, lemon or orange.

Usage

Berry and fruit liqueurs can be served with desserts or in mixed drinks.

Berry and fruit liqueurs are served chilled on their own, mixed with soft drinks or other non-alcoholic drinks, and in cocktails. They are also ideal for flavouring desserts.

How to serve

Liqueurs are served chilled, at 10–12°C.
